Administration Overview¶
CYFR platform administration is centralized through the Partner Portal at portal.cyfr.technology. Administrative functions span user provisioning, access control, audit logging, and system monitoring.
Administrative Roles¶

| Account Admin | Full account management: users, teams, billing, API tokens |
| Content Manager | Upload, organize, and manage content; grant viewer access |
| Security Admin | Audit log access, compliance reporting, security policy configuration |
| Viewer | Content access only (no administrative capabilities) |
Accessing the Partner Portal¶
- Navigate to portal.cyfr.technology
- Authenticate with your organization's SSO provider or TOTP
- Administrative functions appear in the left sidebar based on your role
Key Administration Tasks¶
- User Management — Provision, deactivate, and manage users
- Access Control — Configure permissions, teams, and content visibility
- Audit Logging — Review access logs and generate compliance reports
- Monitoring — System health, usage metrics, and alerting
- Disaster Recovery — Backup schedules, restore procedures, RPO/RTO targets
API Token Management¶
API tokens for automation are generated through the Partner Portal under Settings → API Tokens. See the VaultStream API Authentication guide for details.
